Konstantina Briola is a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Piraeus. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from Panteion University and a Master’s degree in Health Economics and Management from the University of Piraeus. Since 2024, she has been a member of the LabHEM team as a PhD Candidate under the supervision of Prof. Athanassios Vozikis. She also serves as Secretary of the Hellenic Association of Political Scientists (HAPSc Youth). She is currently working as a Project Manager in the private sector. Her research interests focus on the evaluation and measurement of patient satisfaction through Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs). She explores how patients perceive their healthcare experiences and outcomes, aiming to improve the quality of care and enhance patient-centered practices.
