Dr. Giannouchos received his Ph.D. in Health Services Research with a Health Economics concentration from the Department of Health Policy and Management at the School of Public Health, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA in 2020. Dr. Giannouchos has extensive experience using large secondary healthcare databases to conduct health economics, health outcomes, and health technology assessment research. His expertise includes applied econometrics, quantitative secondary data analysis and statistical methods, health and pharmaco-economics, and data management. His research has already been published in leading journals in the field, such as Medical Care. Dr. Giannouchos also holds a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Patras, Greece and a Master of Science in Health Economics and Health Management from the University of Piraeus, Greece.
